In the North West corner of Ireland: Donegal, the wildest and most romantic
of all Irish counties. Emerald Isle - Land of colourful rainbows. Its austere
melancholy is unforgettable!

Ireland's most northerly county has little in common with its neighbours in
the Republic, either geographically or historically.
supreme appeal lies in the natural beauty of its coast, with
windswept peninsulas, precipitous cliffs and a host of golden
beaches that rival any in Europe. Blanket bogs, now rare in
the world, cover much of the county.
parts of Ireland might be more spectacular, Donegal is both
beautiful and relaxing. The landscape, rougher than in counties
to the south, often is covered in gorse or heather.
West and Donegal South. .
